Acceptable Use Policy

You must not use the services to:

• break the law or encourage unlawful conduct;
• harass, threaten, abuse or harm others;
• upload malicious code, viruses or harmful scripts;
• attempt unauthorised access to systems, accounts or data;
• circumvent security, permissions or access controls;
• scrape, copy or exploit the platform in an unauthorised way;
• submit false, misleading or manipulated operational records;
• use GPS, tracking or workforce data for unlawful surveillance or discriminatory conduct;
• infringe intellectual property, privacy or confidentiality rights.

You must use the services in a way that preserves the security, confidentiality and integrity of the platform and any data processed through it.

Customers are responsible for the actions of their authorised users, administrators, staff and contractors when using the services under the customer’s account.

We may investigate suspected misuse, suspend access, remove content, preserve evidence or take other appropriate action where reasonably necessary to protect the services, users, customers or comply with legal obligations.
