This Acceptable Use Policy explains the standards that apply when you access or use Fleetwide Digital’s website, platform, mobile application and related services.

  • use GPS, tracking or workforce data for unlawful surveillance or discriminatory conduct;
  • infringe intellectual property, privacy or confidentiality rights.

Security and integrity

You must use the services in a way that preserves the security, confidentiality and integrity of the platform and any data processed through it.

Customer responsibility for users

Customers are responsible for the actions of their authorised users, administrators, staff and contractors when using the services under the customer’s account.

Monitoring and enforcement

We may investigate suspected misuse, suspend access, remove content, preserve evidence or take other appropriate action where reasonably necessary to protect the services, users, customers or comply with legal obligations.
